HPS 12, operated by the Holyoke Public Schools,
is the educational channel provided and partly funded by Comcast for the City of Holyoke.

HPS 12 broadcasts information about the school district via "bulletin board" announcements on televisions throughout the city subscribing to Comcast. In addition, programming is created in the Holyoke Public Schools TV Studio, Video Production Classses, and the Holyoke Public Schools Media Center.
