School Nurses' Office
Physical Exams - Parents, please provide proof of recent physical exams and/or recent vaccinations to the school nurse.  Students are not allowed to bring or carry medication in school per policy (Student Handbook, School Mandated Health Programs - Medication in Schools.)  Medication forms are available from either the child's doctor or the school nurse.  Parents of incoming 10th graders must provide proof of physical exam to the school nurse. This is a state mandate.

Free Cardio Screening - The Kevs Foundation would like to announce a Free Heart Screening at Noble Hospital on Sept 13, 2014 from 9-3pm. Appointments are available on the KevsFoundation.com web page under Events. Students between 13-19 years of age. Please have your student athletes sign up. All Students will receive an EKG, Echo Cardiogram, Height, weight and blood pressure check and a consultation with a Pediatric Cardiologist. 45 appointments available. First come First serve.

PLATO is designed to provide students self-paced online instruction to regain credits lost due to a previous unsuccessful grade.  

Credit Recovery Hours:
Monday-Thursday 3:00PM-5:00PM and Friday 3:00PM-4:00PM

Credit Recovery is a privilege. We have a waiting list of students waiting to get in, so please work hard to finish your courses in a timely manner.
