Do you have a student in 9th or 10th grade who wants a new challenge? Don’t miss the informational session this Thursday, December 14th at 6 PM at the Holyoke High South Campus Tea Room (1045 Main Street, Holyoke, MA).
Learn about the variety of college and career preparatory courses that create skills and expand opportunities immediately upon graduation. For example, we offer advanced courses in engineering, where students get hands-on experience working on projects with multi-million-dollar equipment. They learn advanced manufacturing, computer-aided drafting and 3D printing. We also prepare students to be electrical, structural and automotive engineers. We have a rigorous health and human sciences curriculum where students can graduate with up to seven industry credentials for either entry into college for the medical field or employment right out of high school. Other fields of study are Diesel Technologies, Automotive Collision Repair, Cosmetology, Carpentry/Architecture, Electricity, and Programming and Web Development. They offer industry credentials and college prep coursework that can lead to high paying careers in industries with high demand.
We are among the safest and fastest improving schools in the state. Our suspension rate is down over 90% from two years ago, and our graduation and work placement rates are rising dramatically.
We hope to see you there!
