We are very excited to be one of the first schools in the state to roll out an early college program. Through a deep and strategic partnership between Holyoke High School and Holyoke Community College, this early college program will enable students to earn at least 12 college credits on an intentional pathway in a challenging, yet highly supportive, environment. Early college allows students to take college courses and offers a further connection and integration of high school with college. This program is designed to blend elements of high school and college to provide students with the opportunity to experience and complete college-level academic coursework on a clear pathway, as well as gain exposure to a variety of career opportunities. This program will also reduce the time and cost of earning college credits, while increasing the likelihood of students completing a college degree.
Please join us at Holyoke High School in the Shevlin Studio for one of the information sessions on Tuesday 3/13 from 2:15-3:15 p.m. and Wednesday 3/14 from 5-6 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided. A link to more information is posted on the Holyoke High School Guidance webpage.
