8-19-21 Holyoke Update

Dear Families, Partners, Colleagues,

We’re days away from students in grades 1-12 returning to school! I’m so excited to welcome students back, and I’m proud of all the work everyone has done to get us here. The COVID-19 vaccine clinic was a huge success and one of our students, Arthur Lundigran, shared his reason for getting the vaccine. As we get closer to the start of school, we encourage everyone who is eligible to get the vaccine. I want to note we are using “Test and Stay” for asymptomatic close contacts of those with COVID-19. Those who are asymptomatic will have the option to remain in school and be tested daily by the nurse for at least 5 days. We also encourage you to sign up for our COVID-19 safety checks optional testing program (student sign-up is here and staff sign up is here). Also, be sure to check out our Return-to-School Plan we recently released.
