Holyoke Update 5/6/2022

Dear Families, Partners, and Colleagues,

Staff Appreciation Week was amazing this year! I loved seeing signs of support for our staff throughout the district, from emails to flowers to in-person thank yous and notes of appreciation. Throughout the week we also randomly awarded thank-you gifts to staff, including a variety of gift cards and HPS swag. These small tokens can’t fully convey how much we appreciate all of our staff members and their individual and collective efforts on behalf of our students and their families.

Without a doubt, the best part of the week was reading the 40-plus stories and shout outs we received from community members through a survey we posted last week. You can read many of them here, as well as on the HPS Facebook page. Thank you, everyone, who helped make this week special for all our staff.

This week’s Holyoke Update includes the following:

  • Last Day of School set for June 16
  • MSBA will partner with Holyoke on feasibility study to replace Peck School
