Join us for third ‘Moving Forward’ community conversation on June 8 Staff, students, families and community members are encouraged to join the third “Moving Forward” conversation set for 4:30-5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8 at Heritage Park.
Attendees will be asked to share input on the district’s strategic plan and rezoning initiative, and everyone’s feedback will be incorporated into our final plans. Join us after the meeting, too, for food, fun, and connection at the end of year special education parent advisory council (SEPAC) meeting at the carousel, from 5-7 p.m. During this “Moving Forward” conversation, Superintendent Anthony Soto will share a video with participants that explains our rezoning efforts to date and the four main reasons these changes need to be made now.
A special thanks to the members of our Advisory and Planning Committees who have provided feedback and input throughout the spring as we near the final version of our strategic plan. Their questions, insight, and push are leading to a plan that is more inclusive and representative of our community needs.
