Welcome back!

With the support of our educators and staff, we are excited to welcome back our students. We’ve gathered helpful information for a successful return to class.

Important dates:

Monday, August 29: First day of school for students in grades 1-12

Tuesday, September 6: First day of school for students in PreK and kindergarten

Complete your return-to-school packet

Please take the time to complete your return-to-school packet if you haven’t already. The latest version is shorter, so it will take less time to complete than in previous years. You can fill it out online at www.enrollholyoke.com. This is our preferred way to receive your information, and it is also faster and easier for most people to complete this way.

Alternatively, a paper version will be available at your child’s school that can be returned to the school after you have completed it.

Whatever format you choose, please complete and return the forms right away, as they include important contact information, medical history, language preference, and photo permission forms.  Please complete a separate packet for each student in your household.

Do we have your current contact information?

It’s important for us to have your current contact information so you will be sure to receive communications from your child’s school and also from the district. Please complete this form if your contact information has changed since you last provided it to us, or if you have not been receiving our emails, texts, and phone calls through the district messaging system. The form will ask you to enter your email, a phone number where you can receive text messages, and your child’s name, grade, and school so that we can update our system.
