Over the course of three days, Holyoke High School seniors at the Dean and North campuses submitted a total of 275 college applications, with 122 colleges offering on-the-spot acceptances and a combined total of $2,122,500 in scholarships.
These opportunities were made possible through the MA College Application Celebration (MCAC) events held recently during events at Dean Campus and North.
During these events, representatives from local colleges met with Holyoke High School seniors and offered on-the-spot admission decisions for those who applied. Military representatives and other organizations also participated in the event to provide information and resources to HPS students.
