The HPS community was saddened to learn of the passing of Judith (Judy) Ann Duclos on December 23, 2023 at the age of 85. She worked for Holyoke Public Schools for 20 years, first as the head of payroll for the district and later as a school clerk for the former Peck and Lynch schools.
She was a resident of South Hadley and an active member of St. Mary's Women's Guild in Chicopee. She was a graduate of Chicopee High School, Class of 1955.
Her daughter Amy Drohan is a third-grade teacher at Lawrence School who has worked for HPS for more than 26 years. She is also survived by her four sons, six grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
