Holyoke Public Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday, January 8 due to expected freezing conditions in the early morning. For safety reasons, no students should arrive at school prior to the delayed opening. Breakfast will be served.
Morning Pre-K for Monday is canceled.
Students who are transported to school by buses will be picked up two hours later than their normal pickup time. For example, a normal 7 a.m. bus pickup will be moved to a 9 a.m. bus pickup. Dismissal times will remain the same. After-school activities will follow their regular schedules.
Note to School and Central Office Staff: Offices will be open. We ask that staff arrive as soon as they are able to do so safely and notify their supervisor if they are going to be late.
