Holyoke Public School’s Executive Director of Finance Sean Mangano will provide a financial update in two key areas during a public presentation scheduled for 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14 via Zoom.
Mr. Mangano will cover:
The HPS budget development process and the key factors that are driving district expenses for the 2025-26 school year; and
Key strategies that HPS is implementing through funding provided by the Student Opportunity Act and the impacts the district is already seeing as a result of these investments over the past three years.
There will also be time for participants to ask questions.
The presentation will be provided as a special joint meeting of the District Parent Advisory Council (DPAC), the English Learner Parent Advisory Council (ELPAC), and the Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC).
