Holyoke Health Center’s dental team is back in Holyoke Public Schools continuing to provide safe, quality preventive dental care and education to students through the free Oral Health Screenings Program.

Families who would like their children to participate in the portable dental program at school should complete and sign the consent form sent home with children during the first week of school. Families may also contact their school nurse to request a consent packet.

“HPS school nurses are fortunate to have a close working relationship with Holyoke Health Center, and they collaborate with us to offer quality health and wellness screenings, programs, and services,” said HPS Director of Health, Wellness, and Nursing Cynthia Carbone. “We are grateful to HHC’s dental team and the work they do to help keep our students’ smiles healthy!”
