Holyoke Public Schools offers a variety of educational summer opportunities for district elementary, middle, and high school students. Registration is open now for summer learning programs and will remain open until the programs are filled.
Families are encouraged to enroll as soon as possible—while families with children in grade K-8 who require transportation are asked to enroll by June 18 to ensure routes are set before programming begins on July 1.

Extended School Year services for eligible K-12 students, as well as Transitions Academy students. Students in rising grades K-12 are eligible to participate in these services if ESY is indicated on their IEPs. Breakfast and lunch are served, and transportation is available for qualifying students. Learn more on the program page.
Summer Learning Academies for rising students in grades K-8. The summer learning brochure provides details for the wide range of summer programs available to HPS students. Learn more on the Summer Learning Program page.
Generation Teach STEAM Academy for students in rising grades 6-8. The program is located at Sullivan School. More information is available in English and Spanish. Families can enroll their children via the Generation Teach STEAM website.
HHS credit recovery for students enrolled at HHS North or Dean during the 2024-25 school year. Students can recover two credits through the following courses: 9-12 grade English, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Environmental Science, Biology, and United States History. Enroll as soon as possible, as space is limited.
